I can’t find the product I’m looking for?

Our website stocks only a selection of products from our Town & Country Stores in Axminster, Crediton and Okehampton. Please Contact Us if there is something you can’t find on our website as it may be available in store.

We also offer many Agri Sales products and services direct to your home and farm, visit our Agri Sales page to read more about the range of products available and how to order.

What are your opening hours?

Our Town & Country Stores are open Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.

The Mole Avon Forecourt is open Monday to Friday 7am - 9pm and Saturday & Sunday 8am – 9pm.

Our Town & Countrywear shop in Crediton is open Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm.

All stores are open on selected bank holidays.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. Gift vouchers are available online or in store in £5 and £10 denominations. If ordering online, your gift vouchers will be sent to your billing address.

Delivery & Returns

How much do you charge for delivery?

Can I have my order sent to an address other than my home address?

Yes, once logged in to your account you can add new addresses to your address book. Unfortunately, you can’t split orders to multiple addresses, so you will need to create a new order for each address you would like to send to.

Click & Collect

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, when selecting your delivery option you can choose which of our Town & Country Stores you would like to collect your order from. For more information please visit our Delivery & Returns page.

How long does it take for my order to be ready to collect?

If ordered before 4pm your order will be ready to collect in your chosen store the next working day after 9am. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected. For more information please visit our Delivery & Returns page.

How long have I got to collect my order from my local store?

You will have 7 days from the day your order is ready to collect your order. For more information please visit our Delivery & Returns page.

Ordering Online 

Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour of placing your order.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

You can amend or cancel your order anytime up until the point of dispatch. You can do this by contacting us either by phone 01363 774940 or email web@moleavon.co.uk. Please have your order details ready including the order number from your confirmation email.

Why can’t I access my account?

You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgotten your password’ link on the log in / register page. Once you’ve entered your email address, we will send you an email with a link to be able to reset your password.

How can I pay for my order? Can I pay over the phone?

Moleavon.co.uk accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Electron cards for orders placed online. Alternatively, you can phone our Head Office on 01363 774940 and pay over the phone. Please note we do not accept American Express or Paypal.

Can I book my order to my Mole Avon account?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer this service online. However, if you choose to use our Click & Collect service you can book your order to your Mole Avon account at the point of payment in store. For more information please visit our Delivery & Returns page.
