Refund/Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item that you purchased online, please fill out the below form and email it to web@moleavon.co.uk.
Post your return(s) to Online Returns, Mole Avon Country Stores, Joseph Locke Way, Crediton, Devon, EX17 3FD.
Please be aware to recieve a refund at receipt value you must:
- Provide proof of purchase for the items being returned (your web order confirmation number).
- Return the item/s within 28 days of being purchased.
- Return the item/s in a resellable condition with its original packaging & labels unless faulty.
Goods returned under manufactures warranty may be returned to the manufacture/supplier for assessment. If the item is deemed faulty it may be repaired or replaced or a refund given. If the item is stated as misused charges may apply.
If you wish to exchange an item that you purchased online for delivery, please fill out the below form, email it to web@moleavon.co.uk, and state that you would like an exchange, along with which product you would like to exchange it for.
Post your item(s) to Online Returns, Mole Avon Country Stores, Joseph Locke Way, Crediton, Devon EX17 3FD.
Once we receieve your item(s), we will then send out the item you would like to exchange it for. The same terms & conditions for returns, apply to exchanges.
Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health & safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal food, animal health products, vaccines, safety rider wear, food & drink, knifes & blades, aerosols, solvents, safety equipment, liquids.
