EVERBUILD® EVERFLEX® 125 One Hour Caulk is a fast drying flexible decorators filler and sealant which can be overpainted with all paint types, or covered over with wallpaper.  No sanding down is required. Remains permanently flexible.

EVERBUILD® FIX & FILL is a quick-setting one-part polyurethane foam in aerosol form. FIX & FILL is supplied with attachable nozzles. The foam expands on application up to 150% its original volume. Once cured the foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over after only one hour providing the working temperatures (can and surfaces) are between +5°C to +30°C, ideally 20°C.

EVERBUILD® KOS® FIRE CEMENT is a ready mixed blend of thermo setting resins and temperature resistant inorganic fillers that cures when exposed to heat to give a seal that is resistant to temperatures up to 1250oC. Suitable for fixing/repairing fire backings etc.

The ultimate heavy duty sealant gun, extra pull trigger, hook and swivel action barrel for both 310 ml and 400 ml cartridges.

STIXALL® is a one part, chemically curing sealant and adhesive combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is specifically designed for adhering most common building surfaces to each other and themselves.

The OX Pro Sealant Gun 400ml comes with a highly durable tempered steel rod plate. It features a built-in nozzle cleaning pin and a a free flowing action and quick release trigger.

Sika MaxMix® Frostproofer is a highly concentrated, chloride free, air entraining admix which is designed specifically for cold weather working, eliminating the requirement for a second frostproofing admix. Sika MaxMix® Frostproofer reduces the setting time of sand and cement based mortars, renders, screeds etc and is the ideal choice for a cold weather admix providing frost protection below –4 °C. Being chloride free, Sika MaxMix® Frostproofer will not attack embedded steel and hence is suitable for use with brick ties etc.

Sika MaxMix® Waterproofer is a highly concentrated waterproofing and air entraining admixture for sand and cement which is 25 times the strength of conventional products. Sika MaxMix® Waterproofer forms extremely stable air bubbles in sand/cement mixes. 

Gives excellent adhesion and bonding strength to most solid building materials.

A high quality acrylic caulk which is paintable and has the unique benefit of preventing craze cracking and discolouration of paint when painted with most water based and synthetic paints. This product adheres to most surfaces perfectly without the use of a primer, even slightly damp substrates. This product has very low odour, is easy to apply and is not corrosive towards metals.

An acetoxy curing general purpose silicone which provides a permanently water tight flexible seal and offers good adhesive properties, making it suitable for use on glass, most painted surfaces, sanitary ware, ceramics and most non-porous surfaces.

The Bostik OB1 Hybrid Sealant & Adhesive has a user-friendly, hybrid polymer formulation. An alternative to mastics, wood and PU adhesives, silicones, acrylics and butyl rubber sealants. Contains no solvents so will never crack or shrink. Can be applied on wet surfaces, painted or moulded. Very high bond strength with resistance to fungal and bacterial growth.

Gorilla® Waterproof Coat & Seal is a flexible, rubberised coating that seals out water, air and moisture. 

General Purpose Silicone is a mid modulus silicone sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porous materials. Contains an anti-fungal compound to be mould resistant in areas of high humidity and forms a permanently flexible rubber seal.
